What does a typical yacht charter come with?
Each charter comes equipped with a skilled crew, life-saving gear, fuel, and standard refreshments. Various charters offer different inclusions — for instance, sunset excursions come with select beverages and light bites, while business charters provide meeting amenities and corporate catering options.
When should I make my reservation?
Booking at least 2–3 weeks beforehand is suggested, particularly during high season, which runs from May to September. For business gatherings and special events, reserving your spot 4–6 weeks prior can secure better availability and provide enough time for personalization.
What is the protocol for inclement weather?
Your safety is our foremost concern. Should our captain deem the weather conditions to be hazardous, we will propose an alternative date for your charter or offer a complete refund. We are diligent in monitoring weather forecasts and will reach out to you if the situation is doubtful 24 hours before your set sail.
May I bring MY own consumables?
Certainly, bringing personal food and drink items is permitted. Despite this, we also provide superb culinary services with customizable menu choices. Be aware that for safety reasons, glass containers are not allowed on the vessel.
Is there yacht access for guests with reduced mobility?
We aim to accommodate all participants. Our fleet includes boats that are designed with accessibility in mind more so than others. For specific accessibility requirements, reach out to us at the time of your booking, so that we can suggest the most appropriate vessel and arrange necessary facilities.
Could you explain your cancellation process?
Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to departure are refunded in full. A 50% refund is provided for cancellations occurring between 24 and 72 hours. Any cancellations within the 24-hour window preceding departure are non-refundable unless they are due to either unsuitable weather conditions or mechanical difficulties from our end.
